How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Baseus products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Please note that if you use the shipping address of the logistic company to deliver parcels to other regions or countries, the extra costs incurred need to be borne by you.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Refund policy

*If shipping items over $39, consider using a shipping service that provides tracking, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, Baseus cannot guarantee items are successfully returned.

The service contents are as follows.

During the validity warranty period, it can enjoy free return, exchange, and repair services in accordance with the regulations. Exchange, return and repair should be handled with the invoice/purchase order.

① 7 days no reason to return (e-commerce channel), 15 days replacement (quality problem). The consumer shall bear the postage for the return of non-quality problems, and the merchant shall bear the postage of the re-delivery. If there are invoices and gifts, they must be sent back together. The 7-day no-reason product must be guaranteed to be a product that does not affect the secondary sales, only the packaging is unpacked, and some products should not be used.

② If customers buy in local offline stores, they can entrust agents to provide replacement services. Of course, consumers are also supported to find Baseus for after-sales services.

③ If the company's products have performance failures under normal use conditions, after testing and confirmation, the following services can be enjoyed for free.
